The practice is part of the Sutton & Merton Primary Care Trust who are based at Hamilton Wing, Nelson Hospital, Kingston Road, Raynes Park SW20 8DB. The practice has recently joined the Nelson Commissioning Group, whose function is to commission services for our patients.

Patient Confidentiality

We keep patients' details on computer subject to the provisions of the Data Protection Act. All our staff are fully trained in confidentiality procedures.

Information about you will be disclosed only to other health care professionals who have a need to know in order to provide your medical treatment. No information will be disclosed to any other third party without your written consent. Notices giving more information about our confidentiality policy are displayed in the reception and waiting areas.
