Repeat Prescriptions

Only written requests for repeat prescriptions are acceptable because of the danger of errors. You will be asked to see the doctor periodically for medication review.

PLEASE GIVE 48 HOURS NOTICE when requesting a repeat prescription.

NO REQUEST FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS CAN BE TAKEN OVER THE TELEPHONE but you can send the request to us by post or fax (020 8540 3059).

A stamped, self-addressed envelope should be included if you wish your prescription to be sent to you.

Both Boots Chemist and Boots Alliance Pharmacy have a daily collection service and will collect prescriptions from the practice.  If you want to use this service, please make this clear on your prescription request. Some repeat prescriptions can also be requested via your pharmacy. You should contact them directly to enquire about this.
