Reception and Clerical

There are 14 dedicated personnel working in either a reception or clerical/ secretarial capacity. The receptionists are there to help you and try to do a difficult job well.

Our receptionists are trained to provide as effective and efficient a service as possible. PLEASE DO NOT BLAME the receptionist if the doctor is running late for your appointment or if she is unable to offer you just what you want. The receptionists will be acting on instructions given by the doctors.

Our support staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors.

ATTACHED STAFF
Community midwives from the St Helier NHS Trust are attached to the practice. They are responsible for the supervision of expectant mothers and hold clinics on Thursday afternoons.
